We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to our guests while enabling us to manage room availability effectively.
For Direct Bookings (via Phone, WhatsApp, or Website):
Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for 100% refund of the booking amount.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay, and the balance will be refunded.
No Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.
For Third-Party/OTA Bookings:
Please refer to the cancellation/refund policy listed on the respective platform (such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.). Hotel Nirvana Mussoorie is bound by the policies set by the booking platform.
If a guest chooses to check out beforen case of cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural calamities, strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions), the hotel may offer a full refund or rescheduling of the stay, at the sole discretion of management. the scheduled departure date, one night’s retention will be charged, and the refund for the remaining nights will be processed, subject to management approval.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the same mode of payment used during booking.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or digital wallet.
